In 1997 through 2001, Wendy Hislop produced a variety-doco program which aired on Sydney’s Channel 31 as “The Gallery”. Wendy invited Roxanne Paladin to host a 10-minutes segment, featuring Songsalive! members in interview and performance. Roxanne co-hosted the program with fellow member, Stephen Kiely. Wendy Hislop has recently been uploading selected videos from this series to YouTube, and it’s from her channel that we are providing the following video links.
Episode 1 – The beginning with Roxanne and Stephen and guest Lama Kisirwani.
Episode 2, during which Roxanne interviews Stephen and he performs his song, “Wish I Was A Girl”.
Episode 3, during which Roxanne and Stephen interview fellow member, Stefan Sojka, and he performs an original song.
The following videos were recorded showcases at the Harbourside Brasserie around 1999.
